Franchising is a non-stop business. Many of us are so deep in day-to-day meetings and calls that we sometimes miss industry developments that could have a major impact on our business. That’s why I so look forward to FranTech every year. I see it as one of the most exciting industry events on the calendar, because it’s focused on how to leverage innovation to improve what we do, in both franchise development and marketing.
I will be at FranTech in Denver, April 10-11, to learn, network and to present, along with Patrick Pounders of HomeWatch CareGivers International, and Stephen Dixon of Children’s Lighthouse. Our presentation is entitled: “How Do Franchisees Make Buying Decisions & How Can Franchisors Use Technology to Understand and Influence Them to Buy Their Brand?”
That’s a lengthy title but we’re really going to be focused on helping you make sense of the maze of digital technology and find solutions to strengthen your marketing and franchise development efforts. Ultimately it’s about two critical things that actually go hand in hand:
- Validating your brand to qualified candidates
- Generating more business at the local level
If you’re coming to FranTech, don’t miss our presentation. We’ll be walking you through some case studies to show you how brands are using new technologies to successfully connect with consumers and with candidates, even before they are in the traditional funnel.
If you can’t make it to FranTech, drop me a line and I’ll send you my slides after the presentation. You’ll learn the latest on how to use today’s technology to connect with candidates, and support your marketing efforts.
