Position: Production Assistant

What You Really Do: I daydream of faraway lands, tropical beaches, and fruity drinks that contain rum and are served in coconuts. I also work with the production team to create many beautiful Facebook pages for our amazing clients as well as various other tasks.

Birthplace: I was born in Texas, but I’ve been a California kid since I was 6 weeks old.

Home today is: Oceanside, CA

Favorite Teams: Mission Hills High School Track and Field! (I was their sprint coach previous to working at Process Peak). Other than that, I’m from L.A. where we are apathetic about our sports teams.

Hobbies: Dancing, running, traveling the world, painting.

Favorite Vacation Spots: It’s hard to choose! Paris and Kauai were both pretty amazing, though.

What do you like most about being a part of PROCESS PEAK?
I work with a group of fun people in an awesome old building one block from the beach. What’s not to like?

• I’m a member of a Polynesian dance group here in Carlsbad. It’s good times.

• My cousin and I did a road trip around NZ on our motorbikes, about 12,000km in 28 days with 20-25kg packs on our backs.
• I never realized why color-free raspberry was invented until I spilled some colored raspberry.
• I once got a watch for my birthday and wanted to find out if it was waterproof, so I put it under the tap for a few seconds … it wasn’t waterproof.

What You Really Do: Work with our social clients to help illustrate their brand and drive conversions. I also find time to people watch from our window and pick boyfriends out for Jamie.

What do you like most about being a part of PROCESS PEAK?
Everything! I learn something new and exciting every day. I love being part of a company that is on the cutting edge and always moving forward. Also, Tim’s song and dance routine and Jon’s predictable 12 year old behavior – if those ever changed I would be lost..

• I have lived in Seattle, San Diego, Gainesville, Honolulu, Maui, Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, Jakarta, Mesquite and now Carlsbad. I love it here and plan on staying for a very long time!

Favorite Teams: Go Bruins! (UCLA basketball to be exact) I didn’t go to UCLA, but I went to UC Davis and quite honestly we had no basketball to speak of, so I adopted my hubby’s team (and fellow UC school!) It doesn’t hurt that they are fantastic either.

Hobbies: cooking, hiking, painting, ceramics and delicious Sunday farmer’s markets on the Coast Highway.

Favorite Vacation Spot: It’s hard to pick just one, but my honeymoon to Jamaica was certainly the most unforgettable vacation I’ve had to date.

What do you like most about being a part of PROCESS PEAK?
You know how you hate going to work in the morning: putting on your office clothes, thinking of your huge to-do list, wondering if that co-worker you don’t get along with will pester you that day?  Well, I used to know all that until I was fortunate enough to come here, where I can Wear my jeans and flip-flops, I’m (mostly!) excited about the items on my to-do list, and I work with my friends!  What isn’t there to love about working here? Seriously.

Fun Facts:

• I LOVE the beach but really truly cannot stand sand in between my feet and my flip-flops. It’s quite a problem.
• I decided to become a vegetarian 18 years ago because my sister and I watched an episode of “Blossom” where she stopped eating meat and had spaghetti and wheat balls.
• When I was about 3 I was sitting on the back seat of a speed boat when we hit a wave and I flipped over backwards into the motor housing… ok, I know these are fun facts, but come on, given that I wasn’t even hurt, it’s a good story.

What You Really Do: I make you happy! Don’t mind me practicing standup comedy on you during our conference calls. I am your tour-guide through the entire Production process with Process Peak; from Blueprinting to build-out I am here to ensure you are on track and comfortable with the process.

Birthplace: San Francisco, Ca… but I claim to be a San Diego native since I have lived here my entire life.

Favorite Teams: San Diego Padres and Chargers, and the Boston Red Sox (How can you not become a fan when you live there the year they broke the curse?)

What do you like most about being a part of PROCESS PEAK?
I love that I am still excited to come to work every day. Morning coffee dates with Jon; Costco lunch sampling with Adam; people watching with Savannah and Allison; and the office always has an upbeat energy! We have some of the most amazing clients to work with each day, which makes coming to work even more pleasant.

Fun Facts:

• At the age of 3 my parents used to record Pee Wee Herman’s Late Night Stand-up act for me, and I watched it every morning! I guess that is where I got my sense of humor from.
• I was the 1997 State Champion for Dance, in the category of “Best Duo/Trio”.
• No matter how many times I have seen it, anytime Shawshank Redeption is on TV I ALWAYS watch it.

Favorite Teams: Still like the S.F. Giants from all the games I went to growing up. Lakers fan for life — I never could bring myself to root for the Warriors as a child. San Diego Chargers — season ticket holder and professional tailgater.

Hobbies: Surfing down the street from the office. Football and Skateboarding with my boys. Beach camping with family and friends.

Favorite Vacation Spots: Private villas in Bali. Bali has great waves and is cheap so you can live like royalty! I also enjoy driving our conversion van up the California coast and camping at new spots. I used to camp in Baja quite often, but now that I have kids I don’t want to risk it.

I’m a leader, not a follower. Our services have changed the way people do business and I enjoy being on the bleeding-edge.

• I was afraid of heights as a child and grew up to be a Jr Olympic high-diver.
• I nearly died from drowning when I was 4 and now I travel the world to surf.

Jamie her team and I do the initial Blueprinting with our clients and Adam and his team assist me with the monthly client performance reviews and check-ups. Meet with members of the executive management teams to discuss new ideas, best practices and any challenges they may have. Be the best Father I can to my daughter Hartley.

What do you like most about being a part of PROCESS PEAK?
From founding the company my vision was to change fundamentally the way the franchising industry sold franchises. With the team that has been assembled, starting with the leadership of Tim Johnson and the commitment of the rest of our associates we have fulfilled that vision. There isn’t another company today within this industry that comes close to the “game changing” ideas, tools and process that we execute. There are a few companies trying to emulate what we do which I guess in itself is somewhat flattering; fortunately they lack the experience and fundamental understanding of “why” which is a critical ingredient in making our clients successful. That as a founder is very satisfying and what I enjoy most about our company.

• My first girl friend was Kelly McGillis of “Top Gun Fame”
• I played baseball for the San Diego Padres in their farm system (obviously that didn’t work out too well)

What You Really Do: I would characterize myself as the “Casper” type of ghost. I am friendly, but I still like to get a scare out of people! I also like to mess with the phone system when important calls are taking place.

Favorite Teams: LA Lakers, and I say that because I think Tim and Mark would try to get me out of the house if I didn’t say so!

Hobbies: Slamming Tim’s doors during meetings, turning on the attic light at night to scare Jamie and Jon, stealing Adam’s coffee mug.

Favorite Vacation Spot: Maui, but I don’t get out much anymore… too afraid of the UV-rays. I am hoping Mark will take me with him next time!
