Meet your secret weapon. Team Process Peak.

Standing still is not an option today. Do things as they’ve always been done, and your organization will be road kill in short order. In this environment it’s essential to have a unit of your marketing team that has its ear to the ground, its eye on the ball and its head in the game.

That’s Process Peak. We are a team united in the relentless pursuit of driving value to our clients.

The only way to create value for yourself is to create it for others. We get that. It’s in our DNA. But who are we really?

A bunch of stuffed shirts fixated on the bottom line? On the contrary.

We’re focused on creating outcomes, reducing complexity and making things simple.

The unrelenting drive for value that we bring to every client interaction is part of who we are and how we live.

It’s been our privilege to work in partnership with some of the best-known brands in Franchising — as well as some of brightest new concepts. We have a bias for action, which means we rapidly develop concepts, test our thinking with real results, and continually optimize.

If you like this approach and want to bring your recruiting, marketing and operations up to  today’s standards, drop us a line, we’d love to share our expertise.

History

Launched in 2009, Process Peak is at the forefront of a revolution in how people buy and sell franchise outlets. We pioneered the use of a software-based discovery experience that enables franchisors to more efficiently connect with truly qualified prospects, and keep them engaged throughout the process of awarding the franchise.

We also help franchise brands understand — and benefit from — the radical transformation that has occurred in marketing with the advent of social and mobile technologies.

From offices in an historic mansion near the beach in Carlsbad, Process Peak has enabled brands to leverage social and software technologies and catalyze far-reaching changes beyond marketing and into operations, helping clients become more efficient and effective, top to bottom, from customer service to operations.
